Njabulo Nobleman Ndebele

Mr. Ndebele joined Mcanyi Group as an Operations Manager in 2019, gaining experience in several organizations’ managerial and directorship. He is a key management team member and oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards, and hiring procedures. He also plays a crucial role in analyzing and improving organizational processes and working to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. He is sometimes referred to as a chief operating officer (COO).

Njabulo holds many qualifications, including a BComm in Corporate Finance and economics, Certificates/qualifications in Risk and Business Consulting, Internal Auditing, and several Project Management Diplomas and courses. He has also attended many Senior Management Courses in Property Development and Operations Management. In 2016, Mr Ndebele was contracted as Operations Manager at Sizwe Ntsaluba Gobodo (SNG) Auditors for 06 (Six)months:

This position exposed him to policy, project, and fund management, making him an invaluable member of the company.

His other duties include, among other things:

• Providing inspired leadership for the organization.
• Making important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
