Mcanyi Group is a 100% black owned private company registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) – a member of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), as a private company in accordance with the 2008 Act.

Alex Jackson Mthembi
Alex founded Mcanyi Group (Pty) Ltd in 2016. Mcanyi Group is a private company, 100% black-owned with interests in diverse entities: comprising Auctioneering, Valuation and Training Academy Services.
Njabulo Nobleman Ndebele
Njabulo joined Mcanyi Group as an Operations Manager in 2019, having worked and gained experience in managerial, directorship and CE positions in several organisations. He is a key member of a management team and oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent and setting training standards and hiring procedures. Tsakani Ofentse Jane Mthembi
Ms. Tsakani Mthembi is a Co-Director of Mcanyi Group (Pty) Ltd. She holds a Further Education and Training Certificate in Auctioneering Support Services NQF Level 4. She is a SHE REP Officer and a qualified Facilitator, Assessor, and Moderator.
Mashoto Kganane
Mashoto joined Mcanyi Group in 2025 as a Marketing Manager. In this role, she oversees all marketing activities within the company and its marketing department. Passionate about developing marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, Mashoto also coordinates marketing campaigns with sales activities and manages the company’s marketing budget.
