Shayisandla Emmanuel Nxumalo

Mr. Nxumalo joined Mcanyi Group as a Training Manager in 2017. He is an accredited Facilitator, Assessor, and Skills Development Facilitator with extensive training experience obtained through the Department of Defence (DOD). He holds a diploma in Auctioneering from S.A. College of Auctioneering and is currently studying for a diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He has a higher certificate in Project Management from E-Careers (United Kingdom) and is a registered Constituent Assessor with ETDP SETA and Services SETA.

He is involved in developing and administering training programs for employees, assessing training and development needs for organizations, helping individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creating training manuals, presenting in-person training sessions, and monitoring training effectiveness.

With his Project Management expertise, he helps businesses by developing, facilitating, and supervising training programs for employees or learners. He also assists in assessing the needs of a company, implementing training and development plans, and promoting a wide variety of training programs that enhance the workforce’s effectiveness.

As a training and development manager, he conducts and supervises development programs for employees/learners. He assesses where training is most needed, conducts it, and evaluates its effectiveness. In addition to enhancing productivity and quality of work, training can increase morale and build loyalty to the firm.
