Founder of Mcanyi Group. Brings nine years of experience at Rihlazana Auctioneers in sales and marketing, auctioneering and project management, together with 31 years of Department of Defence service. He is serving as a board member of the South African Institute of Auctioneers (SAIA) and holds qualifications in auctioneering, business management and project management, and is registered as a constituent assessor, moderator and skills development facilitator.

Ms Mthembi joined Mcanyi Group as CCO in November 2025. Responsible for the group compliance framework, risk management, monitoring and reporting, staff compliance training, regulatory liaison and issue resolution. She is an admitted attorney in good standing with the LPC and has extensive legal and corporate law experience.

Njabulo joined Mcanyi Group in 2019. Oversees operational management, HR-related functions, process improvement, budgeting, reporting, planning, auditing, stakeholder collaboration and regulatory administration. Holds a BCom in Corporate Finance and Economics and additional qualifications in risk, consulting, internal auditing and project management.

Ms. Tsakani Mthembi is a Co-Director responsible for strategic and financial management, legal and regulatory compliance, fiduciary duties and operational oversight. Holds an FET Certificate in Auctioneering Support Services and is a qualified facilitator, assessor and moderator, with ETDP SETA registration.

Lindiwe joined Mcanyi Group in 2019. A qualified real estate agent and training facilitator with qualifications in adult basic education and training, education management, teaching and auctioneering support services. Oversees auction operations, client relations, marketing, staff training, inventory and learning coordination.

Mashoto joined Mcanyi Group in 2025. Oversees marketing activities, campaigns, sales coordination and the marketing budget, with skills in digital marketing, social media, SEO, content writing, branding support and basic graphic design. Holds a BA in Communications.

Sami joined Mcanyi Group as a freelancer in 2024. Responsible for managing the auction process from pre-auction marketing and appraisal through to conducting auctions and ensuring fair and transparent bidding. Holds a certificate in all aspects of auctioneering and is a SAIA member in good standing.

Shayisandla joined Mcanyi Group in 2017. Accredited facilitator, assessor and skills development facilitator with extensive training experience from the Department of Defence. Holds an auctioneering diploma and additional project management training, and manages training programme development, delivery and effectiveness.

Sam joined Mcanyi Group in 2019. Holds qualifications in auctioneering, real estate and valuation for land reform and expropriation. Has valuation management and property-sector experience and is recorded as a Professional Associated Valuer with SACPVP and SAIV, as well as a registered estate agent
